Girls Dig Deeper Initiative is a girls group mentoring and youth development program. We provide year-round comprehensive and evidence-based programming and summer enrichment to middle and high school youth girls ages 13-17. 

Organizational Core Values (G.I.R.L.S.) 

• We believe our youth girls need Grit to navigate the setbacks and obstacles that hinders progress and achievement in their daily lives. We want them to see setbacks and failures as an opportunity for growth and success.

•  We value Integrity as a habit. We are in the “drivers’ seat” of our lives so we must take full control as we proceed through the ups and downs of life, taking responsibility for our actions and hold ourselves accountable. 

• We build and maintain positive and healthy Relationships with youth and families in schools, homes, communities and organizations. We encourage our youth to establish positive behaviors and relationships with others. 

• The key to Leadership is to Lead with love. We believe in building a leadership culture where our youth, staff, volunteers and families feel cared for, loved and respected. 

• Service is an essential part of our organization. We always value the youth, families and organizations we serve. We will help them grow and develop by adding tremendous value to their lives. 

Organization Focus: 

Our goal is to provide mentorship and positive youth development to champion youth girls through the stages of adolescence into adulthood. Our areas of focus are leadership development and personal growth.

Organization Programming: 

We provide mentoring, coaching and training in the format of one-on-one, group,  and a team model approach through partnerships with companies and community-based organizations. 

Our mission is to foster guidance, support and encouragement to youth girls to DIG DEEP within themselves to access their inner potential and expand their capacity to be a positive influence to themselves and others. 

Our Vision is for each girl to go beyond their limits to maximize their full potential to achieve success and a bright future.
